The AST9000 solution is a note recycling solution designed for busy cash office environments. With four note recycling cassettes, it automatically counts, sorts, and stores notes, logs transactions, prints receipts, and resets for the next operation within minutes. Perfect for venues with medium cash volumes looking to reduce manual cash handling, this solution increases efficiency and staff productivity by enabling a faster, more streamlined cashier routine.
Functionality
- Note deposit and dispense (recycling)
- Receive and process end-of-day deposits of notes – storing the deposited cash in a safe-graded storage module
- Dispense notes upon request by authorised operators, or in exchange of large denomination banknotes
- Simplify CIT management as time on site, frequency of visits, and costs are dramatically reduced
- Accept, authenticate, allocate, and store notes all through one convenient slot
- Allow to manually key-in vouchers and tickets using the drop safe function
- Facilitate ATM top-ups and clearances
- Each transaction is logged by USER ID, timestamp, and amount by denomination, providing full visibility of cash in real-time
