The Vertical Bagging Station is responsible for packing sachets of coins from BDO1C and counting a pre-set quantity of sachets into a pre-made bulk bag. The VBS is a semi-automatic machine that requires the operator to attach and remove the bulk bags.
Functionality
- Semi-automatic, requiring the operator to attach and remove the bulk bags.
- Designed to be equipped with two bulk bags.
- Direct VBS to BDO1C interfacing, allowing the standalone system to stop until reset if the operator fails to remove both bulk bags when full.
- Perfect for high volume bulk coin, achieving greater efficiencies in the cash handling process.
