Our highly experienced Field Service Team carry out regular maintenance and will quickly respond to and resolve any problems that occur during the lifecycle of the equipment. We provide national coverage with an ever-growing network of directly employed technicians and a loyal sub-contractor network where equipment density is lower.

The Back of House team have specialised technical skills in many areas and provide liaison to the equipment manufacturers if needed. Should any issues arise that cannot be resolved quickly on site, our back of house team will evaluate, fix and report back to the equipment manufacturers if necessary.

Our Account Service Managers constantly monitor solution performance and provide reporting back to end users or other stakeholders via a portal or automated reporting tools. They analyse performance data and pro-actively identify trends and improvement opportunities to ensure we continually improve our customer experience.

Installation Services

Our Projects Team will work with you to define your needs, carry out a site survey and implement a working solution while organising training and a period of coaching to ensure benefits can be realised straight away. Once the installation, commissioning and training are complete, our professional services team take over to manage the ongoing support of the solution.
